This CL has the incredible rare “LQ” option which replaces the Laser Cruise Control system with PCS (Pre-Collision System) and Radar cruise.

  • Standard coil spring suspension – avoid the expensive problems with the air suspension at a trade off to smoothness
  • The Custom Luxury and Ultra Luxury packages could be paired with the Pre-Collision Safety System, which replaces the older laser setup with Dynamic Radar Cruise Control. (Note the square radar emblem in the front grille)
  • The CL package also had laminated dual-pane side glass which greatly reduces outside noise compared to an ML or base model.
