Vehicle Purchases
- Deposit of $1999 is required to begin the researching and locating phase of your purchase. $500 of this is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. This amount covers our time and initial investment. The remaining $1500 can be refunded back to your original payment method prior to any auction bidding. The entire $1999 will be applied to the full price of your new vehicle. We can accept the deposit from any payment method. - Once we find a vehicle that you love the remaining $1500 no longer is refundable. Auctions are legally binding and we can no longer back out of the process. Your $1999 deposit is fully applied to your car. Also at this time, 50% of the vehicle purchase price is due. Typically you will only have 1-3 days to wire the payment before the auction begins.
- Once the vehicle is successfully bid on and purchased the remaining 50% balance is due via bank wire transfer. If the auction somehow exceeds the budget and agreed upon price we will simply find a suitable replacement and begin the bidding process again until we are successful. Our pricing is all inclusive meaning the price you see is the price you pay to get it to the west coast.
Auto Parts – Returns
For auto parts our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Send back your original receipt with the item.
Send the item back to the address listed on our website.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the refund in-process. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, paypal account, or original payment method online portal (credit card) again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Typically there should be no need for an exchange. All of our items are brand new and guaranteed to function. All of our used items are vigorously tested and guaranteed to be in like-new working condition. Exchanges are typically special case scenarios or circumstances where you may have ordered the wrong part and need the correct part number.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping from us is typically free.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You do not need to use signature confirmation as all our packages are securely delivered.
