How can I buy wholesale JDM cars from Tanin JDM?
There are essentially three ways you can buy a JDM vehicle from us. First, you buy a vehicle at our retail price that’s already on US soil, is fully inspected, repaired, washed, cleaned and ready to go. We provide many high resolution photos, videos, and our professional analysis and opinion about the vehicle. Hopefully you are a Toyota turbo and diesel fanatic because that’s our core business. Secondly, you can opt for our JDM vehicle search and purchase down payment deposit. This will allow you to put a small deposit down and begin your custom tailored search for your JDM vehicle. This offers the most customizable order and end result because you dictate the options and conditions. We can locate and import any Japanese brand. We can even have these custom orders shipped to ANY US port, not just the west coast.
Lastly, we offer en-route wholesale pricing. These cars are already fully paid, pre-ordered or on the boat on the way to the US. Since we only buy great cars these vehicles are not going to have any major issues or problems. We drive all of our vehicles straight out of the port and back to our facility. We don’t believe in trailering vehicles from the port. All our imports are great runners and road worthy. Vehicles offered at this price can be picked up directly from the port of San Diego. These cars may a new battery, a cleaning, detail, or other minor maintenance, but you are able to buy these cars at the absolute bottom dollar price for a very slight risk. All of these vehicles will be listed on our Cars For Sale page mixed in with our retail cars.
What is the difference between wholesale and retail JDM pricing?
Typically on our for sale ads we will list two prices. One will be the wholesale price and one will be the retail price. Wholesale pricing will have limited vehicle photos along with an auction inspection sheet and potentially CARVX history report and information. There is no additional information or photos available at this stage. Our expertise and experience ensures there won’t be any major hidden problems with these cars, but you are trading a great price with a little bit of the unknown factor. Have you ever watched Deal or No Deal or Fear Factor? There’s a little bit of both involved here, but if it makes you nervous that’s a good thing. You are ready for this car.
Our retail pricing removes all of the risk. We fully inspect the car top to bottom, take high resolution pictures, videos, and more. We will perform basic maintenance if needed such as a new battery, fluid change, air up the tires, check the brakes, steering, and also road test the vehicle from the port, down highways, side streets, inner roads, and ensure the car is good to go.
How can you sell JDM cars and trucks so cheap?
Optimization and organizational efficiency. Tanin JDM controls the entire process from when it starts in Japan until we turn the keys over to you. This lowers our initial investment which in turn gives you a better deal. If we don’t agree with certain fees or pricing we either negotiate or find a lower option. We manage all transportation, maintenance, detailing, repairs, and logistics. We work directly with the auction houses and a trusted Japanese exporter. There are no inflated fees or commissions. We don’t work with any Japanese vehicle sales companies that bake and hide thousands of dollars into the purchase price.. We are enthusiasts first and not car sales people that only care about the bottom line. Car sales people typically also don’t know the fine mechanical details of how a car runs and what may be wrong with it. We have this expertise.
Import Customs clearance paperwork or a vehicle title?
All of the above options still include a Wisconsin vehicle title. Customs clearance, fees, duty, back end labor, and all of the stress involved is still part of our mission statement and company vision. The registration process is incredibly simplified if you can hand your state a vehicle title from another state.
